My Jacket Sucks
I'm still very much fascinated about taking an object and appropriating it for a different use. Couple that idea with the thought, "If one is good, ten must be better." How about 750?

I spend a lot of time in thrift stores looking for common things to be placed in odd situations. I found a supply of very inexpensive suctions cups. These had thumbtack-like backing that allowed them to be quickly attached to what ever I might use as the base layer.

For the base layer, I wanted to use something clear, as the suction cups were clear. I found a clear, PVC rain coat that was thick enough to support the suctions cups. It's important to realize that even though the individual suction cups may not weigh much, the overall weight is significant. Also, if I press up against a window, I don't want the jacket to rip.

Adhering the suctions cups is easy: place the cup where I want it and push the tack through the jacket material. Repeat 750 times. My jacket is so cool, it sucks.
